1. All Sales Final

For health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless it is determined to be defective (see Section 2). This policy protects all customers by ensuring that every unit received is brand new and unused.


2. Defective or Malfunctioning Units

If your device is defective, malfunctioning, or experiences a technical issue covered under warranty:

  • Please contact the manufacturer directly using the warranty and support details included with your product packaging.
  • Most devices are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which ensures repair or replacement if a unit fails under normal use.
  • TENSMachine.ca does not process returns or replacements directly but will support you in reaching the manufacturer.

3. Order Issues or Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete:

  • We will review the issue and provide next steps to resolve the problem.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For clarity, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used devices
  • Electrode pads, accessories, or consumables
  • Any item not in its original, sealed packaging

5. Warranty Coverage

Each product includes its own manufacturer’s warranty terms. Please refer to your product’s manual or warranty card for specific details. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
